Within my Foundations of User Experience course, I envisioned Reroute, a conceptual app designed for James Madison University students in Harrisonburg, VA. This hypothetical solution provides real-time traffic insights, historical data analysis, alternative routes, and smart notifications to empower students in optimizing their daily commutes. Although Reroute is not a real app, it exemplifies a user-centric approach to enhance the well-being of JMU students by transforming their hypothetical daily commute into a seamless and stress-free experience.
